By accessing or using TikTube (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TikTube is a cross-platform video distribution tool and AI video shorts generator. The Service includes:

  • Viral content outlier detection across 7+ platforms
  • AI-powered video shorts generation
  • Cross-platform distribution to 13 social networks
  • Analytics and performance tracking

3. Account Registration

To use TikTube, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Spam: Distribute unsolicited bulk content or violate platform guidelines
  • Infringe: Distribute copyrighted content you don't own or have rights to
  • Misrepresent: Create misleading or deceptive content
  • Circumvent: Bypass usage limits or access controls
  • Violate Laws: Use the Service for illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Credits and Billing

TikTube operates on a credit-based subscription model. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by TikTube. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your videos and content. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

TikTube distributes content to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE video performance, virality, uninterrupted service, or results from AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKTUBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

By You: Cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
